I am looking for a decent sized space for myself and my two quiet (Unless a can of food is opened) elderly cats. I am interested in teaming up to rent a townhouse. Ideally the rental would be multi level or with a basement, which seems to run around 2600$ these days. I’m currently in contact with a realtor to sort through rental listings in the 2000-2500 range, but expect a little higher to get the best location and layouts. I’d be interested in renting something with the intent to get a third housemate once a lease is secured if the space fits well enough along with parking spots.

What I want- I’d prefer Ashburn, Sterling, or Herndon/Reston locations not far off from locations from Loudoun County Parkway. I work in Aldie and Sterling. My budget is 1000-1700$, Feburary-March move date, open to january with the right people and space. I do usually like to ask fellow housemates about splitting the cost of getting the house deep cleaned once per year with carpet cleaning.

Who am I?- A 35 year woman who has lived in the area for 11 years. I do not smoke. I am employed full time. I like to bake when free time is had and am willing to share. I work 6-7 days a week of various shifts, and tend to be a night owl.
