While disabled, I don’t need any special accommodations (full disclosure, stage 4 cancer patient, but I’m doing well enough to be on my own). I’m really laid back and easy to get along with. I’m respectful of other people’s space. I don’t have any pets, but I do like them so a roommate with pets is no problem. Also, as a side note, I do intend to pick up a part time job after I’m moved. Edit: with the election being the way it is, if there is anyone will to help out a disabled queer person gtfo of a red state (I’m in IA) I would be eternally grateful. I’d even be willing to try and offset rent with some housework until i can figure out work that won’t interrupt my insurance so i can continue to get the treatment that is keeping my condition suppressed.
