I am a quite person who is willing to compromise. I have been described as bubbly and friendly by others. My default setting when meeting someone new seems to be stuck on the “Oh! New friend?!” setting. However, I understand if others simply want a roommate and not a friend. I understand that privacy is important.

I always do my best to respect other people’s boundaries, but I will expect others to respect mine as well. I am too upfront to be passive aggressive and prefer to instead have an open conversation to ensure everyone’s needs are met. My main boundaries are no smoking inside the house, don’t steal my stuff, & no loud noises after 9:30 PM when I have to work in the morning. That means I am okay with people partying on Fridays/Saturdays, but I will ask for relative quite on Sunday through Thursday nights. Basically, don’t start blasting dubstep at midnight and we should be fine.

I LOVE cats and dogs. If asked, I am willing to help feed, walk, and cuddle any fluffy creature within the area. I am NOT willing to clean any litter boxes. I have no allergies besides environmental (as in dust), so any animal is fine. In fact, as long as the animal is not actively attacking me or being abused I am fine with most animals. This means that I am okay with snakes, lizards, etc.
