Hi I’m a very active, slim, fit and healthy 59 yr old and have lived most all my adult life in a one bedroom apt in West Hollywood. After the 2020 pandemic I had an opportunity to move to San Clemente, CA so in 2022 I jumped on it. Most of my work remained in Los Angeles and I found myself commuting more than I liked, so I moved back to LA. I have been helping a friend that got cancer a few years back in West Hills and things have turned for the worse for him so now he needs a full time caretaker so I find myself needing to find a new home. I’m quiet, a reader, music lover, I frequent the gym daily, I most often work outside of the house on gigs as a bartender for special events and weddings. I also work in Mortgage Banking, but since the rates have gone up so high I have not been able to really do too much business since the end of 2021. In 2024 I plan to look for a new line of Sales work related to the Real Estate industry while maintaining my bartending career. Thank you for considering my application.
