Hello! My name is Ian Rousey, and I am currently in the process of searching for a new apartment with an aim to move in by December 1st. I wanted to introduce myself and express my interest in your available apartment.

I have been gainfully employed for the past 12 years at Powerspec Inc., a reputable power manufacturing company located in Eatontown, where I work as a graphic designer, which I can provide as a reference.

I do not own pets, am a non-smoker, and I am respectful of property rules and neighborly etiquette which I believe are important aspects of being a good tenant.
