Hey there! I’m Will, a 38-year-old male looking for a room to rent in the Charlotte area. I have lived in my current room in Charlotte since January 2025, and looking for another room to rent.

I currently work in retail, and I’m enrolled at CPCC to get an AAS in Manufacturing Technology. My schedule is mostly afternoons and evenings, most days, so I don’t plan to be home a lot. Outside of work, I enjoy hitting the gym, do yoga, cook, read, and gaming.

I’m seeking a chill, low drama, and respectful living environment, I’m willing to spend up to $750 a month, but willing to negotiate. I am looking to lease for 12 months, but am willing to do 6 months. Happy to chat or meet in person before committing-I think it’s important both people feel comfortable with the arrangement.
