Hey!

My name is Katie DiNardo. Little bit about me, I am a Santa Barbara local, 28 years old, non smoker, not partnered, no pets currently and am looking to live closer to my sister in Santa Barbara. I currently work with elderly at a assisted living center downtown. I am looking to get back into classes at SBCC and currently work full time. I am looking for a place to live to shorten my commute from Ventura. Interested in a year long lease. I am a mindful roommate who enjoys clear communion and privacy. I am game for cooking shared meals and helping out around the house. In my spare time I really enjoy baking, cooking, beach days, meditation, hanging with my nieces and nephews, binge watching a good romcom, and thrifting.
