The benefits I bring: a Sam’s Club, Costco and Crunch Fitness gym membership. Come to any of them all day, every day (gym too, my membership covers it). You can have your groceries shipped to the house.

I keep to myself. I don’t party, but socializing doesn’t bother me either. I’m gone for work 5a to 5p all week. Just looking for a quiet place to live. Love pets of all kinds and welcome them!

I’ll either be in the room, at the gym, volunteering, gardening (@ Carl Levin Park) or camping. I’m laid back. I have a PS5, laptop and Nintendo Switch. Love some tabletop games or DnD, too!

The only things I bring are clothes, a small computer desk, an office chair, and 7 packed boxes. I’m simple, neat, and minimal.
