Me and my husband are quiet, respectful, clean, trustworthy, and do not have trouble paying our rent/bills. We can’t afford a house on our with cost of housing being so high however we can with the help of another person who can pay half of the cost. We keep to ourselves for the main part and hardly ever have guests over to visit but when we do it’s usually a family member who is just as respectful as we are. We do not have any pets nor do we plan on getting any. We are smokers who choose to do so outdoors only.
