Hi, I’m Chris. I work m-f 8-5. I’m a laid back, clean, responsible person looking for a bigger house with a garage and a roommate rather than a small studio or bedroom to rent by myself. I’d prefer to live in the mountains in paradise/magalia above Chico but am open to options. I have been actively looking and have a couple places in mind that I can afford most of the rent for the entire house. I have good rental references, income and great credit. It should be pretty easy to find a place. My dog is friendly, well behaved and comes to work with me.
