Looking for a room and bathroom or someone to look for a house with near IUI for Fall 2026 - Spring 27 semester. I am a tired grad student who needs a quit place to study and recoup between work and school and will usually be gone for a few months at a time during the summer and winter for projects out of state. I don’t have pets and don’t want any but I’m fine living with cats as long as I have a room and bathroom I can close the door to keep them out of (they like to pee on my stuff since I am outside so much).
