I’m seeking one female roommate starting in mid June (my job starts late June), for a year long lease, 2b2b. I’m from South Carolina, moving to the Sandy Springs area to work in insurance. My budget is around $1000-1200 before utilities for my half (no more than 1200), looking in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody/North Brookhaven areas only.

I have a few complexes in mind that we could consider/tour!

Here’s a list of some facts about me and what I prefer: · I am working in office 5 days a week.

· Female roommate only, preferably 1 roommate only

• Since I have a car, I would prefer that you have reliable transportation as well.

· I like quiet mornings and to decompress after work. Not big on revolving doors/party houses/lots of random guests or strangers for peace and privacy purposes.

· Single and I’m not one to tell guys where I live, for safety

· Highly appreciate cleanliness in common areas, but some clutter is fine. Not filth/strong odors

· Someone who works a reliable, legal, ideally professional job

· Ideally no pets (I can deal with 1 friendly cat, no dogs), no kids, no smoking inside except a vape

· Don’t have to be best friends, but be on good terms /not awkward

· I like (hot girl) walks, going to the mall, wine nights in, but also an occasional night out to explore the city · I get cold pretty easily lol
