Only looking in Midtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. I won’t be driving and being able to walk to most places is a non-negotiable.

I’m moving to Sacramento from Phoenix at the end of May. I’m from California originally and can’t wait to get back. I’m looking for places in the grid, this is very important.

I have friends in the area and am excited to socialize and make more friends.

I currently work in marketing, but am transitioning to sales. I’m not a partier, but I like exploring the city and finding new restaurants and bars. Fairly active and I’m looking forward to being able to go outside on the summer.

I’m hoping for a private bathroom, but am open to sharing. In-unit laundry is a non-negotiable.
