I’m recently single and looking to move out. I have a son who is 10, and my sister who is 16 sometimes stays to help watch my son when there are school breaks. We like to be out of the house doing things and are respectful. We tend to be night owls on the weekends, but do our best to be quiet. We are clean and do also like to cook at home. I pretty much just have a bedroom of stuff and not any living room furniture or anything like that so just need an unfurnished bedroom. Sharing a bathroom is fine, I would prefer my own if possible as well. Feel free to message me with any questions.
