Currently I’m in a month to month in a pretty decent 2/1 with the option to renew or I’m looking to team up/move in elsewhere. Looking to relieve finances for a while. I can be variable on length of time.

I work from home multiple times a week, but otherwise I consider myself a very independent, friendly, quiet and pretty clean/organized person. I thank a mild OCD for that.

Super animal friendly and open minded overall. I’m the STEM nerd/video gaming/reading/coding/hiking type. I range between super low social battery and temporary extroversion. I’d appreciate both good conversations and alone times.

I have a senior cat that is super chill, cuddly and well behaved, though she likes to talk back to me. She does okay with other animals, but she can be avoidant to animals, especially at first.
