Hello I’m Ashley, 25, Field Service Tech and i’m looking to either move in with someone already established or i’m open to looking at houses to rent together! My budget is $1,500 but I can be flexible for the right place. The location for me is not flexible since i’d like to stay in North Park & the general surrounding area. Ideally i’d like my own bathroom and laundry in-unit. I have 2 dogs (girls) that are 5, very sweet, get along with other dogs, don’t bark, and love to cuddle any chance they get. I’m looking for other female lgbt roomies but not a deal breaker if those don’t apply to you! I work M-F 6:00-2:30 and spend my free time at the gym or with friends. I’m not a party animal, don’t smoke and rarely drink, but I wouldn’t mind a girls night at home in our pjs or something similar 😌 I’m responsible with all my bills and love to have a clean and tidy home to be comfy in 🫶🏽 I also cook traditional Mexican food so that’ll be a plus for you if you decide you want to be roomies with me!
