I’m looking for a place with a team up situation with one or two other people. I have a housing coupon. (Hen) The housing and essential needs program is a government funded program that will pay 1,200 a month. My boyfriend is a framer we currently rent a mother in law on his mom’s property; I’d like to find either my own place and use my hen voucher or a place to share with him and pay cash. In that case we have been paying 700 for the room we’re currently living in. He works 6am to usually 6:30 or later sometimes so he’s hardly ever home. I work part time in the field and the other part of the time I’ve been doing chatgpt ai training for a data annotation company working from home, or other freelance/gig work. We both are occasional 420 smokers and don’t drink. No pets but hoping to get a dog. Kids but they rarely visit. We are both clean and respectful people. I do most of the cleaning because he works more and we like to have family style meals every day breakfast and dinner. Open to Another couple or a single guy.
