I am retired and recently moved from a Tucson, AZ. I am staying with my sister temporarily and ready now to rent a room near Thermal or thereabouts. My wife, Rose, retires in March and will join me, along with our elderly and very mellow Emotional Support Dog, Cooper (Australian Cattle Dog). I’d like to pay around $800/month alone, then when my wife joins me, we can pay $1000/mo.
