I am retired carpenter general maintenance contractor. I have lost most of my vision, and I am waiting for medical appointments with eye specialists to get my vision restored. I am outgoing, but quite and I am a non drinker, very knowledgeable in plumbing electrical and basically anything that has to do with building or maintaining buildings or homes hard working. I receive a pension check and social security. Looking for a room with own bathroom, furnished if possible
