i’m shekira but i go by ky (rhymes with rye) i’m a 31 year old woman current pre-school head teacher looking for a roommate or team-up. very organized, clean and neat person, easy to communicate with and open minded. i’m energetic, humorous and enjoy relaxing/hanging out. i don’t mind a roommate who smokes, drinks, parties, has friends over, etc as long as everything is communicated between us. stuff like cleaning, groceries and household items we both utilize can be split between us if you would want, i’m thinking to save money (lol) and with regard to rent and other bills of course that can be talked about. i’m looking to move out ASAP so if you are interested please don’t hesitate to reach out. my requirements: clean up after yourself/participate in keeping the home clean - thorough communication - stay on top of bills - maintain mutual respect
