Looking for a nice clean room to rent for my son and I in a nice home and neighborhood for around 2-4 mos or until we find a new place. I work full time and my son is a freshman in high school with good grades, great behavior, manners and is a 3 sport athlete. We stay pretty busy and are both very respectful, neat and clean. I’m also handy around the house and he is also. Both in great shape and take great care of ourselves. Very clean background with no issues whatsoever……….
