Given a new home, I’d like to appreciate it by staying on top of everything to make your life and mines easier. Dialed in on paying my rent on time, keeping things clean, peaceful and bringing positive energy. I’m a laid back, chill guy. Pretty good at minding my business, and being quiet if needed (when I’m not working my remote customer service job). I do snore loud, but have a mouth guard to purchase if needed to make that a lot better.
