Hey my names Brittany. I’ve been living back in Denver for 2.5 years and just moved into my own place. There is a basement my landlords are planning to start construction on soon and I’d like to stay where I’m at once they are done so I’m putting feelers out. It’s 2 bedrooms, living area, and bathroom down there roughly 900 sq ft. I think long term they may add kitchenette and/or separate entrance. I work from home Wednesdays. I travel pretty often for work an am gone for the week sometimes but home on weekends. I have 3 dogs, one 12 year old med size, one small 7 year old and a 5 year old med size husky. They’ve lived with other dogs throughout their lives, cats would have to be secluded to basement. Weeks that I’m gone I will be having someone come to the house to dog sit for me unless that’s an interest to someone living with me for extra cash or less rent. I’m extremely laid back and open minded. Very respectful and like to keep a clean space. I’m unsure what rent would be like but probably anywhere from 1400 to 1800
