Wendy Kapp and Joseph Romero. One primary renter

Because I pay rent on time, I do not party in fact I rarely have any at my house., I am clean and responsible I have letters of reconditions from my previous land lord of 7 years. I do nor have a vehicle and would prefer to be walking distance to grocery store. I have disability income and Wendy does supplement my rent and can be on the lease as she will stay there at times also. She has plenty of income and savings and credit her credit is Ok. My dog is a service dog. He is quite large at 130#. He is quiet unless it is appropriate for him to bark. He behaves as any device dog needs to. An out side space for my dog Brutus is mandatory it can be small if need be and of cource I would clean up after him as needed.
