I’m very courteous, quiet (as in making noise, but friendly) / clean / leave shared areas just as they were (you’d never know I had been there).

I’m a teacher and I’m looking for month to month rental closer to work, and tend to spend a lot of my free time outside of home.

I’m friendly, although I’m usually keeping busy - I like to do yoga, tennis, read, discover new places, neighborhoods, coffee shops, food places, hiking trails, etc.
