Looking to rent. I hope to find the ideal situation between now (March ’26, and July 1 ‘26) I’m open to possibilities. I have a good retirement income from 2 sources.

Hello! I’m a 62 yr old male, still young at heart! I retired about 3 years ago, after a medical issue affected my legs. I currently use a walker, cane, and wheelchair as needed, depending on the circumstances. Soon I’ll be undergoing a surgery that will repair the problem in my legs. I own a small mobility van, and I transport myself as needed.

I’m sensitive to the needs of others, especially the need for respect, privacy, and dependability. I’m an articulate communicator when the time comes. I’m somewhat of a “Loner,” however I do have a few friends, and on occasion one might come for a short visit.

Currently I don’t have any pets, though I’m an animal lover. and have had several awesome pets over the years. I’m really good with dogs and cats. I’m happy to make friends with your pet/pets, and would happily volunteer to help take care of them in the event you go out of town, or in an emergency situation.

I have no children, though was once married. My dogs were the children! My career took me from working in technology for many years, to working in sociology. I’ll be happy to explain more if you’d like to hear it.

Hobbies: I read, watch documentaries, and enjoy some arts and crafts. On occasion I like an intellectual challenge. Also, I love to build and/or maintain small flowerbeds, or maybe a square foot garden for tomatoes and peppers.

A little more about me: I consider myself to be a spiritual person. I rarely drink anymore. Maybe a small glass of wine on occasion with a good meal. It’s not a problem for me to be around those who drink, as long as it doesn’t cause dysfunction in my life. I’m a good cook, though in recent years I find myself ordering delivery about half the time! I have a lot of experience with BBQ and pit grills.
