I am looking for an employed, professional roommate. Prefer someone that does not drink or smoke. I have two cats and two dogs and take full responsibility for them; i.e. if a sitter is needed, cleaning, and vet visits. They are very well-trained and have been through obedience classes. I also prefer a person who has had good relationships with roommates before and understands cleanliness and frugality with utilities.
