Hi! My name is Phoenix and I am clean, respectful, quiet, and I keep to myself most of the time. I like to get to know my roommates and chat occasionally, but I usually spend most of my time in my room. I appreciate a household that has a shared chore list/chart so we can all contribute to keeping the home clean. I am non-binary and work at the San Mateo Pride Center, so my future roomies would need to be LGBTQ-friendly (or LGBTQ themselves). I work from home M&F and go into work T,W&Th (schedule: 10am-7pm). I’d prefer to live with only one other person but am open to living with up to two people. In my free time, I like to go on hikes, read, watch sitcoms, hang out with friends, and spend time with my partner. Hopefully, my future roomies will be okay with my partner sleeping over occasionally. I am a direct communicator and am also open to changing my habits to accommodate my roomies’ preferences. I’d love to find someone who is also looking for a 2br apartment under $3000 in Daly City, South San Francisco, Colma, or San Bruno. I’d also consider Millbrae or Burlingame, or even certain neighborhoods of San Francisco near the freeway. Ideally, I’d like to live close to both the freeway and BART. Also, I currently have a 10 gallon fish tank but am hoping to upgrade to a 20 gal, so I would need to find a place that is okay with that.
