I am looking for a place because my daughter has moved to Surprise with my 2 year old granddaughter. I want a space of my own, although I will be spending most of my time with them. It’s not good to live with your adult children. So I currently own a place in Vegas, that I am never at. So decided to rent that place out and move to Surprise. I’m a great person to rent to. I pay my bills, and quiet and considerate. I will help with anything you may need help with. I am retired government employee and would have no issues paying the rent.
