Rent prices have gotten crazy! Lets team up!! Very clean, attentive, fun and very financially responsible individual. Never pay my bills late, and I am always willing to share whatever I have. I work a lot, and rarely home but enjoy a beer or two after work. I do smoke (cigarettes and 420) but always smoke outside. I spend most of my spare time with my kids in Martinez (currently separated from wife, but working on things). Looking for REAL people that want to make positive moves in life. Even open to getting a 1 room place, where I sleep on the couch, since I am home maybe 3 nights a week. The nights I am home, I am home from about 8 pm to 5 am. Basically looking for a place to store my stuff, and sleep a couple nights a week. I am very non judgmental, and very open minded . The rules are simple, respect me as I respect you, and lets figure out a way to save money on rent. Accepting to all with an open mind and ZERO judgment. Let’s do this !!
