Stable income and always pay rent on time. I’m very introverted and quiet and tend to wake up really early in the morning. I get around via Uber and public transportation. I have unlimited minutes on my phone so I don’t need to share internet or cable. I don’t watch TV. I don’t even own one. I know, weird. I do love my plants, so if there’s good light in the room, I will be VERY happy. If you have light on a porch, I’m there!! I don’t own pets, but will love yours if you have any. I do pet sit at other people’s houses on occasion for up to a couple of weeks. I would prefer to not have a furnished room. I’m currently not dating anyone and I’m not looking. I don’t care about you as long as you or your partner(s) aren’t vocalizing loudly at 3am. Lol. I’m mostly vegetarian and gluten free and I’m trying to watch my sugar (boo!), so sharing groceries rarely works out. I don’t take up much space in a refrigerator/freezer. I do shop for groceries via Amazon due to disability (fibromyalgia, arthritis, scoliosis, etc.) and free shipping, so if receiving multiple packages a week (3-4) could become bothersome, please scroll on by. People have complained in the past that I hang out in my room too much. I’m extremely polite though. I like all types of music as long as they aren’t violent or demeaning to women. I try to conserve energy and prefer to keep the heat down a little in the winter and air in the summer (and use fans), but not so much that it’s unbearable. I don’t want to sit in a dark room, but definitely turn the lights off when you leave the room, etc.
