Currently working at a restaurant & booming pizza parlor, and looking for a place around March. I’m a decent cook, with all the kitchen appliances you’ll ever want, don’t mind doing chores to keep common areas tidy (I.e. dishes, floors, trash, kitchen), a good history of affording rent at $1850/month (not including utilities), have the most intelligent dog you will ever meet, and I think I’m a pretty good conversationalist if you ever need an ear, tend to keep to myself otherwise. As far as location, my preference is near a light rail.
