i keep to myself, work eat sleep and work some more, need a place closer to my job as my landlord is a slum lord and trying to raise my rent for the 3rd time and im getting sick of her greed and poor upkeep. i got her to agree to replace her leaking old toilet which was disgusting, did the work for her myself, paid for the toilet out of pocket, she paid me back for only the toilet, not my labor, then raised my rent… so i need another place to stay, i will help maintain the property and do my best to not bother anyone.
