What’s up everyone. My name is Matthew Phelps. I’m originally from Los Angeles, California. Me and my good friend Will just graduated from Santa Clara University this past June. In January I’ll be starting as a management consultant at EY and he’ll be doing audit for PWC. We’re looking to join a few other chillers and find an affordable place to live for the next year or so, ideally somewhere in North Beach or Nob Hill so the commute to FiDi isn’t too bad but we’re still in the social scene mix. We also have a third guy (also graduated from Santa Clara) that could join us depending on price, location, etc.
