Hi! I’m Eva, a non-smoking 41-year-old professional woman. I have a professional driving background, including school bus driving. I’ve accepted a full-time federal position with the VA Hospital in La Jolla and will be relocating back to San Diego from Virginia. (I previously lived in SD for 14 years). I have excellent credit, references if desired, and a long track record of stable, drama-free housing situations (including 11 years at my previous residence in Point Loma). I work a consistent daytime schedule out of the home, live QUIETLY (not a partier, no kids or visitors), health-conscious, keep a very clean environment, and generally spend most of my time working, exercising (gym), or relaxing at home. I’m respectful, responsible, financially stable, and easy to live with.

I will be bringing two healthy, well-behaved and sweet male cats that are indoor-only, and I keep their spaces and litter area very clean. They are registered ESAs (emotional support animals) and I can provide documentation. I’ve been an experienced and responsible cat owner for my entire life.

So if you’re looking for someone stable, respectful, and highly reliable, then I might be your top candidate. I would be staying a minimum of 6 months or longer if it is a good fit. My priorities are peace and security, so you will absolutely get that from me.

Since I’m relocating from out of state, I am serious about finding a secure landing spot, not just window shopping. I’d like to have a phone or video call to introduce myself, answer questions, and see if I may be a good match.
