I live in a studio at the Hixon on Century. I want to stay here and I’d like to upgrade to a 2 bedroom so I can cut the cost of rent and still stay on the west side, even though that means I need to find a room mate. I work full time for USPS. I am a minimalist I am 100% sober 100% of the time. I don’t use nicotine or cannabis. I meditate. I go to church every Sunday. I exercise. I cook for myself. No kids. No pets. No partners. I clean up after myself; keeping my space orderly and tidy. I have fine tuned my addictive nature to fitness and outdoor adventures. I like music festivals and I volunteer for community events.
I’m looking for someone on a similar plane of existence to share the rent. You’ll need to apply through the formal Hixon channels once we meet and agree that it’s worth trying to share space.
