hello my name is Latrease, i go by Trease and not sure how people feel about zodiacs but I’m a Capricorn, I am a very friendly person, i love to laugh & not one negative bone in my body I’m an introvert very quiet an I like to stay to myself, I’m a neat person and very hardworking I go to school and I’m also an phlebotomist I work a lot so most of the time I’m resting, on my spare time i like to work out and do yoga, I don’t have many friends so you won’t have to worry about me inviting mutiple people over I am a very private person, but a very easy person to talk to an get along with, I love to keep things well put together and very clean I tend to wash my things a lot because of my own reason, I love reading and I’m also an artist so most of the time I’ll be painting if I’m not working, I feel like communication is key I am very dependable and financially stable enough to keep up my end of the rent, I’m choosing roomies because of my own personal reasons and just in need my own little space to have my own peace of mind, I’m looking to move in Febuary 2024, but if an opportunity comes sooner then so be it, this is very new to me & being that I have anxiety i wouldn’t mind actually getting to know the person I’m moving with. I don’t like to be around people who are demanding i feel like communication comes a long way when you’re living in the same household as someone plus, I don’t trust a lot of people so affirmation every now and then will ease my mind. i just wanna be as safe as possible
