I’m a single guy looking for a comfortable, safe place to live. Am a semi-retired Veteran. I would most certainly be interested in a “team up”. (actually my only consideration, as I am living in a single apartment currently. ) I can definitely handle my half of any arrangements (am currently paying $1500 a month for rent and then electric, cable/internet, phone) “yikes”. So, thinking If we can share housing (house or apartment) it’s a win-win for each of us. Am currently residing at “The Views apartment complex at 1680 Hendersonville Road” it’s a Very Pleasant spot. Would like to stay here .. would like to spit the cost of a two-bedroom apartment. I have no visitors or issues. Already have the furnishings. Have Never been late with rent or any bills. Have a 752 experian credit rating. Have a beautiful apartment here, just tough covering everything myself. Am open about a roommate, would prefer someone Mooji-minded (we’d be on the same page) [ be male or female .. indifferent to me at this point] but as I mentioned, open-minded. Would certainly like to meet first. I’m thinking if we find a agreeable place, perhaps .. total, $1200 tops for each of us.
