Patience

Looking to move to DC to be closer to friends living in NoMa. Free time is spent on healthy habits, I like going on walks/runs, cooking, cleaning, and puzzles. Balanced out with a love for weed, the AdMo nightlife, and my PS5. I work fully remote and will need to have a private desk area (happy to keep it in my room if space allows). I’m a 9/10 on the tidy scale and can’t stand leaving the common spaces a mess with my things, would hope to have that reciprocated. No problems with guests, parties, or overnight guests.
