Looking For: We have a max budget combined for rent alone of $2200-$2500. Since most homes are 3 & 4 bedrooms in that price range. We are looking for a 3rd and possibly 4th roommate who are likeminded individuals. Rent and bills will be split evenly between all roommates. NO COUPLES. Must be willing to go through our own safety measures
About Us: We’re both recently separated veterans. (Army & Navy) Both 23. We’re passionate about music. (Will do everything to soundproof room that is recorded in) Have known each other for 10+ years. We don’t care about a master bedroom.
About Delmar: Recently separated from the Army in August. Currently a manager for a small business as well as pursuing a degree in Business Administration. I’m open-minded, organized. I like to keep things clean and respect people’s boundaries. I have both indoor and outdoor hobbies.
