I am an Australian and split my time mainly between the land down under 🇦🇺 and the US. I have a real estate development company based in Las Vegas and love meeting incredible, like-minded individuals. I spend 80% of my time working (probably more), 10% working out and 10% in transit somewhere. ||| ✅ Fitness ✅ Business ✅ Early mornings ||| ❌ Smoke ❌ Drink ❌ Drugs ||| Because of how transient and unpredictable my schedule is, I am looking for a room to rent long term in the huntington/newport area to use as a little bit of a travel base as I won’t be around very much.

PS: Open to the discussion of you renting out the room for the months I am away and doubling up on income for it.
