Hello. I’m looking for a room to rent–prefer to rent from a female. I’d like an unfurnished room (will have my own furniture), and my own bathroom. I’d also like access to the kitchen area; I cook a couple days a week. I work from home the majority of the week; however, I do travel throughout the year (some long/some short trips) but when I’m home I’m quiet and calm and would like an environment that is similar. I’m also very clean, and good about respecting another person’s space and want to rent from someone who is also clean and will respect my space.
