Hii! Canin and I are looking for a third person who’s looking to move fairly soon. We’re both easy going, we value both cleanliness in common spaces and clear communication. We’re looking for a third roommate who’s similar to us, around of age and preferably a woman. We want someone who is not just a roommate but also a friend. We’d like someone who likes to make the house homey, welcoming and a space we want to be and share together. We have our eyes on a place in Clintonville that is 3 beds, 1 bath, cute porch, $1349 total, split three ways is roughly $450 a month.
