Hi. My name is Arvin. I have been in Colorado for over 4 years now. I moved up to the Longmont area from the San Luis Valley at the beginning of August and subleased a room in a house from my landlady. Well… She decided to break our lease agreement, buy a house, and I have to move out by the end of November. So, I am now abruptly looking for a new place to live.

I am not really into partying that much. I’ll have a beer with my hamburger but getting high or drunk is not a regular thing for me. I don’t have any pets and my children are grown and not living with me.

On a side note. I take ‘peaceful enjoyment’ seriously. So, if you have a dog that is prone to attack people, or a boyfriend or family member who is overly disagreeable and subject to violent outbursts, then I wish you well on finding someone but I am not the person you want to live with.
