I am a super friendly, clean, and responsible person. I have zero noteworthy vices. I’m a good conversationalist if my roomies will like to chat, but am fine being quiet and to myself, as well. I’ll be bringing no drama, riff-raff or shenanigans with me. I do have two small (under 20 lbs.), hypoallergenic dogs (won’t need allergy meds with these guys!) who are well-trained, well-groomed (CLEAN!), well-mannered, and get along with all humans and dogs alike. They love to love and are my pals, so we’re a packaged deal.

The terrain and cost of living has changed dramatically since I was last in the rental market, so I’d like to ease on into it with renting a room from an equally nice, clean, and responsible person. :)
