I am both professional and easy going, I communicate directly and don’t engage in drama. My cat is 3 years old male, fixed so he doesnt spray, is a pretty chill and shy. only thing is he may try and scratch furniture but i can buy scratch pads that stop that, thats no problem.

I’m quiet and keep to myself , don’t throw parties or drink. I enjoy 420 activities if they are around but dont regularly personally engage.

I would prefer to live with a female as for whatever reason men seem to think that having a female roommate also means a FWB situation or a girlfriend…if you are a MATURE man that isnt secretly looking for something else, i would be more than happy to share space with you :)
