I’m easygoing & clean, Non-smoker. I have a Lhasa Apso, Omar, (~22 lb) who is exceptionally well-behaved & doesn’t shed so some fenced yard is preferred. Since retiring in 2019 I have a pretty laid back lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, taking care of Omar & myself! I need to rent a furnished room (prefer non-shared bath) for 2-3 months after I put my home on the market beginning April or May 2024. As the “listing” agent I’ll be showing it myself for buyers who don’t have agents, so I need to be in or near Azle for convenience. If room isn’t furnished I can buy a bed & bring a few basic furnishings with me. Also, because I worked in public education many years I have passed fbi background check…and, my FICO IS ✔️👍🏻⬆️
