I’m moving out to LA from NYC to work on music and enjoy life. I have a 6lb Yorkshire Terrier named Dave. I don’t drink, smoke, do drugs or eat gluten. I don’t care if you do, as long as you leave me out of it. I am specifically looking for WeHo/Hollywood Hills Beverly Hills area. Would consider Brentwood, Bel-Air, Westwood.. POSSIBLY would consider something super nice in Studio City, malibu, Santa monica or Venice. But I’m trying to stay close to the Sunset Strip.
