Hi there, I’m looking for a room for myself and my cat. My current lease ends at the end of December :) I have the option to live with loved ones, but I’m interested in exploring other options, too. Thank you for reading my profile. I’m going to be very detailed - please reach out if you think we could be a great fit!

I am: -Employed full-time -Thinking of going back to community college.

I enjoy: -Writing -Anime -Nature -Whimsical artsy things -Reading -Learning -Spooky things, but not horror

More about me: -I don’t smoke or vape anything -I rarely drink alcohol -I like to keep my space clean and tidy -I will sometimes light incense sticks like frankincense and use candles. -I play the harp. My landlord will have to be okay with (and hopefully even enjoy) the sound of harp practicing happening in my bedroom. I can’t live somewhere with thin walls because of the harp.

I don’t want: -to live with those who smoke cigarettes. -to live with alcoholics -to live with those who use cocaine, heroine, stuff like that. If you like using plant-fungi-drugs I can understand and even respect that but do that far away from me.

-I don’t mind living with those who smoke and vape weed, but not in common areas like the kitchen or in a place where that smell is going to reach my bedroom, that’s a hard no.

I need to live: -Somewhere where it won’t be an issue for me to start an online business. I would need my landlord to allow me to record video, audio, and take photography in my bedroom and upload online for my business. I need my landlord to not have an expectation of receiving money from my business profits and no additional charges for using my bedroom space for business content creation. I’d like those terms stated in writing in our rental agreement please. The business would be strictly online - no customers would be coming to the house.

My cat: -is very well-behaved. She is currently an indoor-only cat. She has lived happily with a dog before. When meeting cats, she is very interested in them, but a bit scared of them. She does sometimes try to scratch the carpet so I have to keep her nails short and she likes using her scratching mats.
