I don’t have any pets and work 40+hrs a week. I can easily pay rent and utilities. I was in a relationship for 9 years and kept a clean household. I know how to keep a clean bathroom. I have furniture and kitchen appliances. I have 3 vehicles and need access to a garage. My current rent is $1200 per month and I live by myself. I enjoy gardening and have a 10x10 greenhouse. I generally am not home for the weekends, but do like to play games on my computer after work.
